I’ve always had a fascination with birth and gas stations. Gas stations are so ubiquitous in the American suburban landscape that they disappear. They glow at night, yet they’re invisible. I’m intrigued by the idea that we’re constantly missing something magical and thaumaturgic. This non-destination-destination is the destination.
